Enchanted Forrest

We had a fun weekend last weekend doing some things with our family.  One of the things we did was attend the Enchanted Forrest and Festival of Trees.  It is an annual event to raise money for Lebonheur Hospital.  I can remember attending it when I was a child.  The event has tons of themed trees that are fun to look at.  The Enchanted Forrest is full of moveable animals that are all preparing for Christmas and doing winter themed activities. 

This tree was called Baby's First Year.  Perfect for our nearly 1 year old.  How does a year pass so quickly?

 Elizabeth fell in love with this nice bear that she wanted to pet.

Matthew enjoyed watching all the creatures moving.  He was so much more interested than I thought he would have been.  When this bridge cleared off I took the opportunity to snap some shots of him.   

 He decided it was time for a nice game of peek - a - boo

which made quite a spectacle among the crowd.  One lady was even standing right behind me video taping him while I was taking these pictures.  Ha! Ha!

 Well, okay he is a cutie!
