Alpine Village

Another post on a fun family event we had this past weekend.  We attended a Christmas event that a church hosted called Alpine Village.  They put up all these adorable Christmas houses and then the children go to each one and either get something like a piece of candy or they make something like a toy.  There was also a live nativity, a puppet show and Santa.

As always, Matthew enjoyed trying to explore the pretty decorations

He wasn't too sure about this man in the red suit
I don't think Santa was too sure about him either!
The wise men showed the gifts they brought and explained them
This was the candy shop in the Village
The children made neat things like this bell bracelet
 a stamped Christmas card
 and a spinning top
We really enjoyed this outing which was made even sweeter because we attended with our cousins.  Thanks for inviting us Aunt Jessica, Grant and Hadley!
