Menu Plan February 3 - 9

Elizabeth begged to help with breakfast meals this past week.  She really, really wanted to crack an egg.  So, I taught her how.  Beginner egg crackers have to crack single eggs into a bowl.  It helps to avoid the entire bowl of eggs getting crunchy.
I love the look on her face here.  The satisfaction of knowing you did it mixed with the -I'm-not-so- sure-I-want-to-be-messing-with-this-stuff look.  Ha!!
Here is our meal plan this week.  The unaccounted for day we will have leftovers.

Breakfast
Banana bread, fruit
Grits, fruit, toast
Eggs, bacon, toast
Your choice
Cereal, fruit, yogurt
Smoothies, toast

Lunch
Chic-Fil-a
Ham sandwiches, fruit, pretzels
Soup/ grilled cheese, fruit
Tater tot casserole, salad
Sloppy Joes, veggies, yogurt

Dinner
Chicken Pot Pie, Salad
Chili and cornbread
Dream Spaghetti, Salad, Homemade Bread
Chicken Kiev, green beans, roasted potatoes
Pizza
Honey Chicken (didn't make last week)

I'm an experienced egg cracker and still have to use a separate bowl. Your menu for the week sounds wonderful!
