Butterflies

We recently visited the Tennesee Aquarium.  They have a butterfly exhibit in which you are able to see tons of beautiful butterflies flying around the room.  Sometimes they will even land right on top of people.  It was very interesting to be able to see the various chrysalis .  I did not realize there were so many different species and how different their chrysalides could be.  The butterflies themselves were absolutely beautiful!  So graceful!

Sharon especially was excited about this exhibit.  The boys kept hoping they would have a butterfly land on them, but unfortunately none did.

We have many different plants around our house that attract butterflies.  Seeing this exhibit really made me want to plant a greater selection of plants that will attract butterflies in our yard.  Are you looking forward to seeing the butterflies come to your yard this spring?
