We started our afternoon with a layer of sleet and thought maybe that would be all we would get, but to our delight at nightfall it began to snow. So far, we have almost 6 inches and it continues to fall.

Snow!
Welcome to our home.
Let me introduce myself. I am a crazy southerner. I take pictures of snow. It is so rare (although we did get a white Christmas this year) that we get all excited when it does happen. This much snow I haven't seen in my area since I was a small child. It should be a memorable January for our boys.

Who knows how much we will wake up to in the morning!
Gregory is thrilled! As much if not more so than the boys. He is the one who keeps running out front to measure the snowfall. Guess what? He has never tasted snow cream either! With a snow this big, tomorrow we are making snow cream, a snowman, a snow angel and whatever else we dream up to make.

God has decorated our home in all white. Isn't He good to give us this blessing today?
