Playing in the Snow!

We measured at 7 inches this morning. Strange because last night Gregory measured 11 inches. Regardless, it is more snow than we have seen since in our area since 1988.

Here is the boy's outside at one of my favorite tree stumps. Its such a great picture area. :)
Caleb would walk a few steps, reach down and eat some snow. He enjoyed the freedom of having a snack every few steps.
Elizabeth wasn't too sure about this snow. It was very deep on her.

Timothy wasted no time in finding the deer tracks and following them all over the yard. We looked up and he was way in the back past the shed. Gregory ended up walking them to the back of the property and they found many more tracks there. What fun!

We have our bowls filled with snow waiting to make snowcream. The boys have already had fun making snow angels and now are warming by the fire before going back outside. I see a snowman in our future!
